Members of the club shall be given the opportunity to propose bylaw changes and additions at a meeting of the Directors, in writing. This meeting should be at least 30 days before the Annual General Meeting. If proposed changes receive Board Approval in 2/3 vote required then these changes would be introduced at the Annual General Meeting for the membership to discuss and vote upon. If two thirds vote in favour then the changes shall be adopted.
